In October 2005 Miroslav Radonjic and Carla Peralta decided to open a restaurant that they would enjoy eating in. Both, due to professional commitments were obliged to dine out frequently and decided to combine their experiences and open a venue that would reflect their love of good food, good service and quality wines. This was the seed for Peperoncino Restaurant.
