In October 2005 Miroslav Radonjic and Carla Peralta decided to open a restaurant that they would enjoy eating in. Both, due to professional commitments were obliged to dine out frequently and decided to combine their experiences and open a venue that would reflect their love of good food, good service and quality wines. This was the seed for Peperoncino Restaurant.
Customers at Peperoncino often come away thinking that it is a family run concern. The reason for this is the warm camaraderie that is found amongst the restaurant staff. They work together harmoniously to provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service to ensure that customers can enjoy Chef Anton’s delicious and meticulously prepared dishes. The staff at Peperoncino are always ready to go the extra mile to give their customers a pleasant, relaxing and unique dining experience. It’s their Pleasure!

Created by him, the dishes which have a strong Italian influence with an exciting innovative twist, most of which have the basis of their success built upon the all-important method of slow cooking learnt so many years ago.
